Oh yeah!!
Yesterday I ate so goodly - lots of veggies and hummus and cranberry water. No pizza, no alcohol, no sleep aids (had a bit of time getting up this morning though, I think my body is like "yo, where the bagels at?") And, my fabulous roommate, who we'll call Gerbil (because in real life, one of her names sounds like a small fuzzy pet) told me that my goal of losing 2 lbs a week is very realistic. She said that I have to find a way to cut out 1000 (or 700?) calories. Now I just have to figure out where those calories were/are, and how many I'm burning here and there.
I WALKED to work today, too. So! I'm going to save money on the ole Metrocard also. So there fatty mc fat pants!
