Let's talk about a huge condo. Let's talk about that huge condo having a... malfunctioning or not easy to operate heating system. It could be user error, it really could be, but last night, as I assembled the bed, I was shaking so hard I think I pulled a muscle. I topped the bed with about 7 blankets, and when the boy got in he had his winter hat on. Yes, winter hat. It was so cold that brushing teeth was like water torture. Body heat is a beautiful thing, but once I rolled out of the snuggle zone so I could slobber and toot in the opposite direction, I began to freeze again. The vent that was supposed to expel heat blew frigid air directly on our heads every 5-10 minutes.
This morning, I let the sun in and it helped - and when we returned from breakfast it does seem a bit better, but I'm a firm believer that its all relative and that tonight we'll return to our meatlocker for sleep again.
